The cheese sector

For the cheese sector, we suggest an automatic rolling and cutting machine for the small italian bundles known as "involtino" which takes the slices of ham from the slicer, but also works for cheese logs. The machine controls the product and then rolls the ham around the cheese and the cuts the involtini into small lengths.
